Educated at Hunter College in Manhattan, James Ferrari has found success in fields that range from real estate to art. As the founding president of the Benjamin James East Corporation, James Ferrari has overseen residential rental property transactions for nearly 25 years.

Since 2009, Mr. Ferrari has concurrently served as the creative director of Tribal Truth Media, an online blog/media company that features the work of artists, photojournalists, and social activists from around the world.

Outside of his professional environment, James Ferrari has been involved with a variety of charitable activities on the continent of Africa. He has helped construct homes after disastrous flooding in Mozambique and participated in a UNICEF Orphans and Vulnerable Children workshop in Namibia. Mr. Ferrari is currently creating a compilation album to benefit African children and financing a documentary about the revitalization of the Stable Theater, a vital source of community arts activity in Durban, South Africa.
